I do not accept returns or refunds. But I will do everything I can to make it right. Sometimes it takes a lil adhesion spell to fix them up. Other times it requires supernatural surgery. And on the rarest occasion we lay a darling to rest & their tiny souls are rebirthed into a new body. This is always the last option as it takes time, skill, lOts of lOve & a significant amount of ‘moon magic’ ..

Regardless of the situation I will always pay for the travel costs, preform the necessary healing spells & send your baby back in the timeliest manner possible. All I ask is if you contact me with photos immediately upon their arrival. I will not accept damaged reports more than 2 days after delivery confirmation.
